Our physicians go through a rigorous screening process. It is our job to match personalities and chemistry between the physician and the client. We make certain the physicians we contact meet the pre-discussed parameters of the practice we represent. We also obtain an American Medical Association profile that includes a check of the Federation of State Medical Boards in order to verify each candidate's educational history and credentials. We also verify whether the physician has been the recipient of disciplinary action. In situations that demand it, we meet the physician and spouse in person before their on-site interview. This is done only with your approval. Meeting the physician is an opportunity to verify all the information we have gathered during the screening process. We have licensed over 2,000 physicians, and we know we can save you both time and money.
Pinnacle Health Group, upon request, is able to provide the following enhanced credentialing services:
Standard processing includes American Medical Association or American Osteopathic Association, Federation of State medical boards check and reference checks done for a nominal fee. Each request must be accompanied by the candidate's signed release/authorization.
Acting on physician's behalf and using "Specific Power of Attorney" and "Waiver of Rights," submitting documentation to all required entities, following up until licensure process is complete and the physician's respective licensure is issued.
All credentialing will be by JCCO and/or NCQA standards, verifying the following: licensure, hospital privileges, DEA registration, medical education and/or Board certification, malpractice insurance, liability claims history, National Practitioners Data Bank queries (by physician or hospital), Federation history report, Medicare/Medicaid UPIN and provider numbers of provider application, if needed.
