To increase exposure of HTH hospitals to graduating residents and fellows as well as get more of the physicians training in Georgia to stay and practice in Georgia, Pinnacle Health Group and Hometown Health have come up with the Hometown Health Resident Road Show.
The Program
Pinnacle will attend 6 to 8 residency program recruitment shows representing Hometown Health and the 60 hospitals. Residents coming up to the booth can choose where they would be interested in interviewing. Pinnacle will coordinate and will only be paid upon placement. There is no risk and more importantly this is an option to work for no money upfront with Pinnacle. Pinnacle knows about 40% of the physicians that train in Georgia try to stay and practice in Georgia so helping direct some of these candidates to rural Georgia is our goal.
Step 1. Download the agreement, and sign a contingency agreement with Pinnacle. This allows Pinnacle to present physicians to your facility. We will only be able to present candidates at hospitals with an agreement in place.
Step 2. Fill out the addendum with active needs and future needs so we can present this information to interested candidates. We will present candidates even if you don’t have an active search.
Step 3. When you fill out the addendum, decide upon the Enhanced Advertising Option. For only $500 at all 6 to 8 events, your hospital logo will be displayed and we will have a flyer we pass out with all the enhanced advertisers summary information on it.
Step 4. Attend optional Webinars educating everyone on the program. Come by the booth in Savannah or certainly have our rep stop by to learn more. Webinar is scheduled for April 1st. Residency program events are CareerMD.com, Physician Workforce, and PracticeMatch job fairs in cities in and around Georgia from June 2nd to December 8th, 2016.
Pinnacle Health Group offers full service search to place any provider, physician or advanced practitioner in a consultative, aggressive and timely manner. This program will help develop medical staffs with placements over the longer term when residents and fellows graduate.
